What is a Doula at Mountain Birth Stories?
A doula is a caring, knowledgeable, and experienced support person who educates the birthing mother and her support person on what to expect and how to cope in labor, as well as support during the postpartum period. I will walk alongside you from the moment you hire me till 6 weeks postpartum and beyond if you wish!

I will provide you with 2 prenatal meetings, extensive birth support, and postpartum support.

You can hire a doula as early as you want! I suggest you interview doulas to pick a doula that’s right for you, and then pick one by 28-30 weeks of gestation to have enough time for prenatal meetings.
